Made me some fried chicken, tasted pretty good, not exactly healthy, but so so so good!
I used panko for the crust, double dipped a couple of them.
I couldn’t get them cooked completely by frying it, so I browned it decently and then put it into the toaster oven and let it finish cooking while wrapped up in foil.
Came out real good in the end, and when paired with some sweet cream and asiago mashed potatoes, it makes a nice and tasty meal, one thigh and one drumstick.
